Marty was taken from a nest in 2014 about 20 miles noth of Nome AK very close to the water. This nest was in use only that year as in years prior was not used or in your past. Very unusual for gyr falcons as most times we find the nest sites are used on a regular basis year after year. All the birds in this nest (4) were all white birds.
